This video by Designed and Made is awesome on many levels, but I think awesome always gets awesome-er when there is a FREAKING BLOW TORCH involved. If you want a very quick and, thanks to the background music ("Wait So Long" by Trampled by Turtles), very watchable time-lapsed tutorial on how to distress new furniture to make it look like it has endured decades of wear. Stay tuned for the results of a project I have been working on that utilized my new blow torch. But, for now, here is a very quick look at the difference between life without a blow torch and life with one.
